Velora was founded by Josef Duna. It started in a small flat in the UK with a single amethyst cluster, a second-hand diffuser and a growing suspicion that the objects we keep close shape how we feel.
What we believe
We do not promise that a stone will heal you. We think that is the wrong question. We believe in rituals: small, repeated acts of attention that make ordinary evenings feel a little more sacred. Crystals, oils and baths are the props; the ritual is the point.
How we source
Every crystal is bought from suppliers we have spoken to in person, most of them family-run. We ask where stones come from and how miners are paid, and when we cannot get an answer we do not buy. We photograph clusters individually so what you see is what you receive.
The Velora tree
Our mark is a woman whose hair grows into a tree. It is about rootedness and reach at once: the idea that a practice which grounds you is also the one that lets you grow. The leaves are magenta, amber and gold because the everyday should be allowed to be beautiful.
A note from the founder
I built Velora because I wanted a shop that felt like the quiet end of the day rather than the loud middle of it. Every piece here is something I would happily keep on my own windowsill or beside my own bath, and if you ever want a recommendation, a second opinion or just to say hello, write to us and it will reach me.
Thank you for being here. Light a candle. Begin.
