Chakra Singing Bowl - Root

Tuned to the Root Chakra — the centre of survival and grounding, located at the base of the spine. Its colour is red, its planets are Earth and Saturn, and its stones include Garnet, Ruby, Onyx and Obsidian. Balancing this chakra is said to energise the physical body, calm fear and support overall grounding.
